Some ideas are better shaped together. Sra Bua’s new chapter brings together Thai creatives with a shared desire to tell the stories of Thailand, each expressing them through their own craft.

TasteSpace translates biodiversity into the spaces guests move through, MILIN interprets the world of Sra Bua through the JARIT BUA uniforms, and Khun Aor Sutthiprapha brings the landscape of Thailand to the table through bespoke ceramics. Different in form yet connected in thought, their work gives Sra Bua an identity that extends beyond the cuisine.

TasteSpace reimagines the space for Sra Bua’s new chapter, beginning with a granary-inspired welcome lounge that sets the tone for the journey ahead.

Warm wood, earthy greens and botanical elements create a natural, welcoming atmosphere, while thoughtfully curated displays showcase Thailand’s diverse rice varieties and a beautiful selection of fermented and artfully arranged displays of seasonal ingredients. Designed to spark curiosity, inviting guests to discover the ingredients and stories behind the cuisine as part of the Sra Bua experience.

The JARIT BUA uniforms by MILIN draw inspiration from the heritage and story of Sra Bua, its setting, and the restaurant’s approach to celebrating every part of the lotus through its cuisine.

From flower and leaf to stem and root, different elements of the lotus are thoughtfully expressed through the silhouettes, textures and details of each design. Fashionable yet practical, the uniforms balance a distinctive contemporary identity with the comfort while allowing for movement of service.

Sra Bua’s collaboration with ceramic artist, Khun Aor Sutthiprapha, gives physical form to the restaurant’s philosophy. At the heart of both dining journeys, bespoke ceramic pieces reflect the diverse terrain of Thailand, with organic forms holding ingredients from across the menu.

More than tableware, it becomes a landscape for the cuisine, bringing Sra Bua’s celebration of Thailand’s biodiversity to life at the table.
